Get rewarded for spreading the word about Thanx! Refer a brand and if they become a Thanx merchant, you will receive 10% of first-year revenue. Please review the legal terms below before submitting a referral.
Effective April 1, 2022.
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to Thanx’s Referral Program (the “Program”). By submitting a referral or otherwise participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Thanx’s Privacy Policy.
Program eligibility
Who is eligible to participate?
Thanx customers working in a professional capacity in the restaurant industry who refer an eligible business to Thanx through the online referral form may be eligible to receive a 10% revenue share on first-year subscription revenue should their referral sign with Thanx.
Who is not eligible to participate?
- Thanx employees.
- Restaurant owners, operators, or business decision makers are not permitted to refer their own restaurants.
- Franchisors who are responsible for making the purchasing decision for its franchisees, are not eligible to receive Bonus Payouts for any franchisee referrals.
- Individuals with no professional involvement in the Restaurant industries.
Referral requirements
Subject to these Terms, for each “Qualified Referral” that meets the following criteria, you will receive the applicable payout listed below. A “Qualified Referral” is a restaurant or retailer that:
- is referred to Thanx through the online referral form, email and verbal referrals are unable to be verified and will not be accepted;
- is not an existing lead in the Thanx system (Thanx reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the original lead source. Exceptions may be made, in Thanx’s sole discretion, if the referral has not been contacted by Thanx for at least 180 days); and
- has entered into a Merchant Agreement with Thanx, and has been live, processing transactions on the Thanx platform for at least ninety (90) days.
Note: Thanx does not accept referrals to restaurant businesses with less than six locations.
Referral payouts
A referral bonus of 10% of first-year revenue up to $10,000 will be issued for each Qualified Referral.
Payouts will be issued as a credit on Thanx monthly subscription fees after the referred business launches with Thanx and pays its first invoice.
Credit is paid on the next invoice and every invoice after until the credit amount has been fully applied.
Limit to ten referral Payouts per restaurant brand per year.
Thanx will determine, in its sole discretion, whether a referral is a Qualified Referral eligible for a Payout.
Modifications
Thanx reserves the right to modify these Terms or terminate the Program at any time, in its sole discretion, without notice, however we will employ commercially reasonable efforts to post a notice on the referral website.
